JUNE 7 SET AS NEW DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING OFFERS FOR VIDACHIM
The new deadline for submitting offers for the privatization of Vidachim will expire on June 7, the Ministry of Economy announced. The candidates will be able to buy information memoranda by May 30. The negotiations with the potential buyers will take place on June 8.
The company, declared insolvent, is to be sold in four self-contained parts. These are the plants for pneumatic rubber, for polyamide tissues, a repairing mechanic plant and a self-contained unit of Heat Electric Power Plant. Till expiry of the previous deadline for offers - May 11, only one proposal was submitted to the Ministry of Economy. The offer came from Energy 94 company but it was not admitted to negotiations.
