REPLACEMENTS IN CCB MANAGERIAL TEAM
The representative of the Bank Consolidation Company (BCC) in Central Cooperative Bank (CCB) Atanas Dobrev was set the task to require the dismissal of Ivo Goranov from the credit institution's Management Board. Mr. Dobrev should propose as new members Vladimir Marashev (who will be also executive director) and Georgi Momchilov. This was announced by Finance Minister and Chairman of BCC's Board of Directors Milen Velchev after BCC's general meeting, held on September 17.Mr. Velchev specified that Vladimir Marashev gradueted from the Higher Institute of Economics (now University for National and World Economy) and was employed for several years at the Bank for Agricultural Credit, which went bankrupt in 1996. In 1997 he began work at Dolphin 93 - Finance House, among whose clients were Ford Moto Pfohe and Coca Cola. The finance house traded actively with BULBANK, Biochim commercial bank, ING Bank, Eurofinance and Elana.Georgi Momchilov received a diploma in finances from the University for National and World Economy in 1996. He has a master's degree in business administration and took a doctor's degree in strategic management from the Buckingham University. Until recently he chaired the Management Board of the investment underwriter Naturella Group and was its executive director as well. Prior that he worked at the brokerage house Again Invest.
