CABLE, TELЕPHONY AND INTERNET IN A SINGLE PACKAGE
The telecommunications company CableTEL announced it was ready with its new service, called Triple Play. On Thursday (November 18) the company's CEO Ronald Findley and its Marketing Manager Dimiter Radev demonstrated how consumers will be able in future to use through a single modem a stationary telephone, high-speed INTERNET, and cable television with some 60 channels. Mr. Radev explained that by the year-end the service will be available in Bourgas, Shoumen and Rousse, and as of January 2005 - in Stara Zagora, Varna, Dobrich and Haskovo. The company plans to include in its network more than 20 towns in the country by the end of 2005. He added that during the week CableTEL had signed an agreement with the Greek telecom OTE to connect the subscribers of the two companies.
