AGRICULTURE STATE FUND ALLOTS EXPORT SUBSIDIES
Thirteen companies are about to receive export subsidies from the Agriculture State Fund. The United Dairy Company AD is going to be subsidized for the export of 200 tons of dairy products. The company is planning to export 130 tons of sheep's milk white brined cheese, 35 tons of cow's milk white brined cheese and 35 tons of sheep's milk yellow cheese to Lebanon. Shipka 99 AD will send to the Lebanese market 420 tons of dairy products: 160 tons of sheep's milk white cheese, 150 tons of cow's milk white cheese and 110 tons of sheep's milk yellow cheese.A subsidy for the export of 70 tons of dairy products will be launched to Filipopolis-RK. The company is going to export its production to Croatia, Lebanon and Azerbaijan.In turn, LB Bulgaricum is going to sell 160 tons of dairy products abroad: 50 tons of sheep's milk white cheese, 60 tons of cow's milk white cheese, and 50 tons of sheep's milk yellow cheese. The products approved for subsidized export will be sold in Lebanon and Azerbaijan.White cheese, yellow cheese and pot cheese have been Bulgaria's most exported dairy products in the first quarter of 2005, according to information provided by the Customs Agency. 2,288 tons of these products have been exported abroad, whereas products such as yoghurt and butter have remained much below that level - 22 and 83 tons respectively.
