A claim for revocation of the decisions of the meeting of Nova Plama creditors of September 9, 2005 has been filed to the Pleven Regional Court from the owner of the Pleven-based oil refinery, the Cypriot offshore company Plama Consortium Ltd. Creditors of the armoury company Beta of Cherven Bryag will discuss the rehabilitation plan of the enterprise at its meeting on October 31. It has been moved in by the company's owners. Insolvency procedures against Beta were opened on the demand of Bulgarleasing AD, which claims BGN11MN, and of the State Receivables Agency, to which Beta is also indebted by BGN19.3MN. Prista Oil - Turkey, will be producing more than 30 types of lubricants after a licence of the world famous trade mark Valvоline, after the two companies signed a contract for joint activities on the Turkish market.The Privatisation Agency has invited a tender for choosing an evaluator of three companies from the structure of Balkancar Holding: Balkancar ZP Todor Petrov, Sofia, Balkancar Iskar - Mezdra, and Balkancar ZPDEA Georgi Kostov - Sofia.
