The Commission for the Protection of Competition imposed a BGN10,000 fine on Avlena-Bild OOD - Bourgas and ordered that it terminate its existence. The Sofia-based Yavlena real estate broker filed a complaint to the Commission because Avlena-Bild used a name similar to its own.The shareholders of the Sofia-based Pangea company will authorize its Board of Directors to sell one of its real estates. The decision will be discussed on an extraordinary general meeting scheduled for November 2.ZMM-Sofia is planning to raise its capital. The decision will be taken by its shareholders on an extraordinary general meeting which will be held on November 14. The raise will be carried out through an issue of new shares and a non-cash instalment made by one of the shareholders. The shareholders will also vote for a change in the number and members of the company's Board of Directors.The Chateau Wind Hills wine-cellar was opened in the Sliven mineral baths region last week. The investment amounts to BGN3.8MN, the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry announced.
