Festa Holding is planning to build a dolphinarium and a 2,000-seat amphitheatre in Nessebar. The investment will amount to EUR6MN. The Stara-Zagora-based Domain Menada company owned by Belvedere Capital Management launched a new production line for processing white and red grapes in its wine plant. Part of the EUR4MN invested in the line is provided by the SAPARD program. The Vitavel company invested BGN1MN in new technological equipment. It is imported from South Korea and serves for production of luxurious packings. The Italian Nicoletti furniture producer is going to build a new luxurious upholstered furniture plant in the town of Lovech. Its exploitation will start in 2007. The plant will be run by the Bulgarian subsidiary of the company, Nicoletti Bulgaria. More than 500 jobs will be opened in it. Another plant of the Italian company started operations in Teteven last year.The Privatisation Agency (PA) extended the deadline for submission of offers for the Rousse-based Dounarit company by November 20. The reason is that the valuation of the company has not been prepared yet. Just one applicant has submitted an indicative offer for 92% of Dounarit's capital.Agrobiochim syndics Dimitar Smilenov and Kiril Karagyozov will try to sell an independent part of the company on October 19. The part includes a 14,600-square-metre ground and two buildings. The initial tender price amounts to BGN141,100. The syndics will also offer four warehouses and the adjoining ground of 7,087 square metres with an initial price of BGN404,500.
